Monday: Embodied Vinyasa Flow Yoga,  Yogasara Studio, 1930 -​ 2045
Thursday: Self Practice Space,  Yogasara Studio 930 - 1130
Friday: Embodied Vinyasa Flow Yoga,  Yoga On The Square, 1045 - 1145

I also offer private classes to small groups, corporates and one off events. Very often those students new to yoga or with specific injuries or limitations prefer 1-1 yoga session. These can be booked throughout the week and are a great way to get a personalised approach or to ready yourself for group classes.
